The Dahlke Solar app is the companion for your Dahlke Solar boat dock system — solar panel, LiFePO4 house battery, and appliance controls, all installed on your dock. Use the app to check battery charge, switch appliances, set schedules, and manage battery saver.

My dock shows as offline. What now?

The app shows your dock's last-known data whenever it can't reach the dock, so you're never staring at a blank screen. Docks talk over a long-range radio link, and short dropouts (weather, power cycling) usually resolve on their own within a few minutes. If your dock stays offline for more than an hour, email us and we'll take a look.

Some of my appliances turned off by themselves. Why?

That's probably battery saver doing its job. When the house battery drops below your threshold (20% by default), the system automatically turns off non-critical appliances so critical ones — like the fridge — keep running. Everything turns back on once the battery recovers. You can change the threshold and mark appliances as Critical in the app under battery saver's advanced settings.

How do I share dock access with family or guests?

In the app, open sharing and enter their email address — you can share with up to 10 people. They install the app, sign in with that email, and see your dock. You can remove anyone's access at any time.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, use the forgot-password option and we'll send a reset link to your account email. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Can I try the app without a dock?

Yes — on the sign-in screen, tap "Look around the demo dock" to explore a fully interactive demo. No account needed. Real docks are installed and assigned to your email by Dahlke Solar, so there's nothing to set up yourself.
